National Park System

The sum total of the land and water now or hereafter administered by the Secretary of the Interior through the National Park Service for park, monument, historic, parkway, recreational or other purposes. The National Park Service is the agency created to manage the National Park System.

The Virgin River in Zion National Park is part of the greater National Park System.
